The collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 allowed liberalism to emerge as the undisputed, dominant global ideology. Over the past several years, however, the ideology’s future has come increasingly under question. Populist upheavals in the United States and Europe exposed growing discontent with the inability of liberal institutions to cope with foreign policy and economic failures. At the same time, new emerging powers such as Russia, China, and India among others have begun to put forth their own ideological alternatives.

Over time, Art has become a language for communicating with others, but initially it served to know reality through representation. In fact, Art perceives reality and through its interpretation transforms it into an Idea. Art is a language that starts from the heart and is directed to other hearts. Today we can confirm that the multipolar theory is a keystone of the epochal change we are experiencing. Today we can also say that multipolarity is certainly a revolutionary idea. When we use the term revolution it is important to know its only real meaning. The term revolution (from the Latin re-volvere) means to restore a previously established order.

'A true intellectual, a man for whom his thoughts are more important than his physical existence': this is how they write about the Russian thinker Aleksandr Dugin, the Western press calls the philosopher 'Putin's mentor', 'the brain of the Kremlin', 'the ideological foundation of the SMO'.  The course aims to offer an in-depth understanding of the Fourth Political Theory of the philosopher, sociologist and political scientist Professor Aleksandr Dugin, a well-known contemporary Russian thinker. His theory, which is of great interest worldwide, offers many highly topical insights and is proposed as an alternative and solution to today's problems. Students will come into contact with the Fourth Political Theory by getting to know its founding elements, political and ethno-sociological philosophical thinking, theory and praxis, the original instrument of Noomachia with its geopolitical meanings and metaphysics for a new humanity.

A characteristic feature of Russian philosophy, according to some historians of Russian philosophy, is the ontologism of thought. The position of ontologism in philosophy, unlike the opposite position of gnoseologism, implies the primary consideration not of the process of thinking, but of the object of understanding. Being on the side of the ontological, we seek first and foremost to identify and answer the question: WHAT is, WHAT is the object of our knowledge, WHAT is the focus of our intellectual intuition. Adherents of the ontological model seek, first of all, to find among all that 'flows and changes' a certain fundamental point, a fixed point, like a large stone in a fast-flowing mountain river.

The novel-life, a 'non-historical novel' as the author Evgeny Vodolazkin (doctor of philology, specialist in ancient Russian literature) calls it, is a description of the destiny and inner development of Arseny the healer. After receiving medical training from his grandfather Christopher, Arseny enters life with all its complexities, temptations and trials. From the beginning, Arseny's profile betrays a man called in spirit and marked by a special gift, an unusual charisma. He is mobilised by a higher power to serve people. He is not of this world, but he serves people of this world. Already in this we can see the plot of suffering and pain.

The events of the last few weeks have highlighted the axes of new geopolitical alliances and completely rebuilt the geopolitical map of the world.

Political philosophy has always been denied full recognition, focusing on analyzing the metaphysical aspects of Neoplatonism. Neoplatonic concepts such as “permanence” (μονή), “emanation” (πρόοδος), “return” (ὲπιστροφή), etc. were treated in historical-philosophical works separately from the sphere of the Political. Thus, the Political was interpreted only as a stage of ascent toward the Good, embedded in the rigid hierarchical model of Neoplatonic philosophical thought, but not as an independent pole of the philosophical model.

Liberalism and communism are both products of the anti-Platonic tradition. To restore civilization, we must return to the metaphysical foundations of Plato and Aristotle.

Alexander Dugin declares the Putin–Trump dialogue a civilizational turning point, heralding the dawn of a new great power order rising from the ruins of liberal unipolarity, with Putin embodying sovereign steadfastness, Trump breaking from the globalist yoke, and Zelensky flailing as the sacrificial puppet of a dying Atlanticist regime.

Putin’s appearance in Kursk in military uniform and his meeting with General Gerasimov, the Chief of the General Staff, right on the front line demonstrates Russia’s absolute determination to achieve the goals of the special military operation without any compromises.

Analyzing how Donald Trump managed to rise to power in the United States and initiate a genuine revolution against the decades-long course of liberal globalism raises many serious questions, especially when considering the factor of the deep state. Indeed, Trumpists have declared outright war against this deep state, launched it, and already achieved several significant victories — such as the closure of USAID alone.

With globalists in decline and multipolarity on the rise, Japan has a rare chance to reclaim its independence.

EU leaders dream Kamala has won. Donald Trump’s return to power is not merely a political event. It is a geopolitical shift of historic proportions. G. Greenwald: Professor, thanks so much for taking the time to talk to me. It's great to see you. I want to start with the change in what seems like the climate and certainly in Washington, in the United States, where there's a great deal of expectation that with a new president, one who specifically is vowing that he wants to see an end to the war between Russia and Ukraine and there's a lot of expectation that that is going to happen. I think the same is true in Western European capitals, for better or for worse. Some people are happy, some people are not. What is the expectation here in Moscow in terms of that likelihood?
