The Fourth Political Theory

Biden is not an American president. He is a liberal and a globalist and he insists that everyone must be a globalist and a liberal, and therefore share his agenda and follow his rules. To a globalist, only globalists like him are friends but more often instrumental aids. Anyone who insists on sovereignty and multipolarity automatically becomes an enemy.

The timeline also indicates that the ascending Kali Yuga, which is the current epoch in which we are living, will end in 2025 CE. The full manifestation of the next Yuga – the ascending Dwapara – will take place in 2325 CE, after a transitional period of 300 years. The ascending Dwapara Yuga will then be followed by two more Yugas: the ascending Treta Yuga and the ascending Satya Yuga, which completes the 12,000 year ascending cycle.

Unlike the ethnos, the narod has taken on a historical mission. It is caught between “past paradise” and “eschatology in the future.” It has lost the integrity of the ethnos and seeks to obtain integrity as its fate. The narod is “tragic”: it wants what it can never have, the integrity of the ethnos. Its nature is therefore to be restless and discontent. It is also militant: “The narod sees the restoration of integrity only in the destruction of the ‘other’ as an external enemy.” In the narod, the gods, or the element of the divine, is also not integrated, as was the case in the ethnos: “distance is established between humans and gods.” Distance arises in the realm of thought, too, as doubt. 

Occupation, enslavement, colonization- especially when the victorious side behaves like a race of masters and treats the local population as subhumans -- is always abhorrent.  The liberation of the peoples of Africa is beautiful as a phenomenon. It is true that peoples should be the masters of their own destiny, of their own lives.

Liberals 1.0 should take note of the fact that the Fourth Political Theory identifies as its main ideological enemy that reality which is today the manifestation of what they hate and by which they are suffering. Trumpism and generally human individualistic liberalism are now under attack. In the eyes of Sorosites and Bidenites, they are almost identical to National-Bolshevists and so on. They make no distinction. To be an enemy of the Open Society is the final sentence. You cannot change this. So, it is high time to take note of the fact that liberals 1.0 are no longer respectable citizens of the capitalist status quo. Liberals 1.0 are now being sent into exile, into the political ghetto – to us. Because the Fourth Political Theory calls for revising the whole course of political Modernity, it is not necessary to become friendly to communism or nationalism in this ghetto. This is not about National-Bolshevism. The Fourth Political Theory is about the final battle for humanity against liberalism 2.0 - exactly what you think of. From the very beginning it was a kind of compromise to include “nationalism” in the revolt against the modern world. Evola well explained the reasons and limits of that. It was no lesser - and maybe far greater - of a compromise to include the anti-liberal left, i.e., socialists and communists, if they were sincerely counter-hegemonically oriented. We can now take one step more: let liberals 1.0 join ranks. To do this it is not necessary to become illiberal, philo-communist, or fiercely nationalist. Nothing of the sort. Everybody can keep their good old prejudices as long as they wish. The Fourth Political Theory is a unique position where true liberty is welcome. The liberty to fight for social justice, the liberty to be a patriot, and the liberty to defend the State, the Church, the people, family, and the liberty to stay human and the liberty to become something else. Liberty is not on their side anymore. Liberalism 2.0 is the enemy of any liberty. So, let us not lose this value. It is a most great value, because it is the essence of the human soul and human heart. Liberty opens us up to the way to God, to sacrality, and to love. 

In the last two months of 2020, we have participated in several collaborative instances with intellectuals and activists from the anti-imperialist struggle around the world. On November the 19th, as a representative of the Circle, I exposed in the international conference “Multipolar Alternative for Latin America: Geopolitics, Ideology and Culture” (Alternativa Multipolar para América Latina: La Geopolítica, La Ideología, La Cultura). In such occasion, and exposing the topics which I already had addressed in my text: “The Fourth Political Theory or a Thinking for Latin America”, I was able to appreciate many good lectures such as the ones from Vicente Quintero (Venezuela), Pavel Grass (Brazil), Nino Pagliccia (Canada/Venezuela), Valerii Korovin (Russia) among many others, and coinciding with them in many viewpoints. Professor Alexander Dugin’s lecture standed out in which he made the unmissable invitation to the peoples of Our America in order to address its problematiques from the Fourth Political Theory (4PT), this time making a proposal to think a new kind of Socialism, which would distinguish itself from the older one and also from the liberal left (“liberal-bolsheviks” as they are being called with some sarcasm).

The Great Awakening is a flash of consciousness at the threshold of the Singularity. It is the last opportunity to make an alternative decision about the content and direction of the future. The complete replacement of human beings with new entities, new divinities, cannot simply be imposed by force from above. The elites must seduce humanity, obtain from it - albeit vaguely -  some consent. The Great Awakening calls for a decisive “No”!

This is not yet the end of the war, not even the war itself. Moreover, it has not yet begun. But it is the possibility of such a beginning. A New Beginning in the History of Man.

o we need to organize this Great Awakening by not only basing it on one dogma. Next step, different identities, and we need to find a place for them. This eschatology of the Great Awakening we find in Christian tradition. We find some special figures for that second return of Christ for an apocalyptic fight against the Antichrist. The same in the Shia tradition of Islam, the same in the Sunni tradition of Islam, and there is the Indian tradition of Kali Yuga, the narrative about the end of Kali Yuga and the fight of the Tenth Avatar against the Demon of Perverted Time.

Landscapes of Mamleev are infernal, you might say. I would write better about something bright, about how all of us to be. Mamleev did not choose the world in which he was born. What he saw, and that was singing. He saw mostly horror. And not because Heidegger believed that only in a state of horror one realizes the fact of his being in the world, grasp of the structure of Dasein. Mamleev was not from philosophy to reality, but from reality to philosophy.Seeing the infernal around him, clearly and vividly aware of himself in hell, he just cried, squeezing a scream, hoarse, and it became in his mouth, art, philosophy, literature. Plato and Aristotle unanimously said that philosophy begins with wonder. Needless to say, Yuri Mamleev was really surprised, one might even say, unpleasantly surprised by the fact that he found around himself in the incarnation in the body. And kept it fresh feeling horrendous surprise until his death. He never got used to the world, despite the fact that he lived in it for a long time.To death it was something naive and childish.

Turan itself is a kind of paradigm. It is Indo-European nomadism, which most likely spread from the Southern Urals. I think that this is the most accurate hypothesis. Later this initiative of the Indo-European, patriarchal, androcratic societies was taken on by other peoples, such as the Huns, Turks, and Mongols. And it was then that the space of Turan was brought a very similar nomadic culture by other – non-Indo-European and post-Indo-European – ethnoi. If we put this all together, then we see a colossal picture of all Indo-European societies, their source model, and their differences, which are relative to degree of remoteness from the Indo-European homeland, which was the Turanian homeland. When the Indo-European peoples moved away from this homeland and mixed with more matriarchal, agricultural societies, they created a mixed type of culture. In the final analysis, Turan thus acquires an entirely different significance, another dimension. If we are not indifferent to our roots, then this Indo-European Turan, as the homeland of Indo-European cultures, is in my opinion an extremely important element for understanding ourselves, because our country is the territory of Turan.

The day after Vladimir Putin announced the goal of establishing a Eurasian Union between the Russian Federation, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, an important article appeared in the Financial Times.[1] In that article, Charles Clover asserted that Putin’s announcement marked “the epitome” of the ambitions of “a small group of committed ‘Eurasianists,’” Alexander Dugin foremost among them. According to Clover, Dugin, head of the International Eurasianist Movement, even took credit for most of the content of Putin’s announcement at a conference at the University of Moscow the day the announcement came out, claiming to have helped in its preparation. [2] Before leaving the topic of Dugin’s influence on Putin’s Eurasian Union project, Clover recalls John Maynard Keynes’s acute remark that “madmen in authority, who hear voices in the air, are distilling their frenzy from some academic scribbler of a few years back.” In this paper, I argue that a comprehensive analysis of the proposed Eurasian Union and its underlying political theory must pay more attention to the recent writings of the “academic scribbler” Alexander Dugin, the leading theorist of Eurasianism.[3]

The real struggle begins just now. The fear Democrats felt during peaceful protests on Capitol hill will be reminder for all of them. Seeing simple American people – dispossessed majority, silent and “deplorable” – coming to Congress – that was the moment of truth. And deputies have hidden themselves under banks... Real “deplorables” are these cowards. They grasped in this marvellous moment that they are no more safe anywhere. Welcome into our skin. From now on Democrats will be attacked worldwide. They should know: we observe them exactly as they do; we will follow them exactly as they do; we will gather information and create the dossiers on all Democrats, globalists and their puppets exactly as they do. From now on any connection with Democrats and their proxies will be considered as the fact of collaborationism and of participation in the crime against humanity. They killed thousands and hundreds of thousands outside of USA. But the evil doesn’t recognize the limits. It is always based on hybris. So they started to kill American themselves. Ashley Babbitt is just the beginning. They are planning the real genocide inside US this time. And that has already began.

The New Beginning requires a complete renovation of all the structures and disciplines of thought which have developed since the first one, even, as Heidegger pursued, what it means to Think.

This brings us to the third thesis, which is that, following both Heidegger and the Traditionalists, for the New Beginning we have much to learn from returning to the source, from before the End of the First Beginning to which Philosophy owes its course.
